WELCOME TO EZYSPOT
EZYSPOT is a heavy duty remote operated spotlight mounting system that can stay mounted to your vehicle roof. Designed by professional Roo shooters who don’t want to drill holes in their vehicle roof and who are tired of sore elbows and hands from hanging to the old-style spotlight. The system would also suit a variety of applications such as search and rescue.
The unit is controlled by a Joystick in the cabin. The controls are proportional and exponential. The further you move the joystick the faster the movement of the turret. This gives fine control of movement out to the horizon and when full travel is reached the light will pan or tilt at a faster rate, so you don’t miss what you thought you saw out the corner of your eye.
- No hole required in the roof, so no devaluation of your vehicle.
- Easy one-handed operation, with no twisting of the arm or wrist.
- Motors are IP65 Rated to handle the elements.
- Made from 204 Stainless Steel
- The light turret can be mounted to the Rhino Rack, Pioneer Platform system or two roof rack cross bars. (Roof Rack / Bars not included).
- Light system does not need to be removed when driving on roads. (Must face backwards as per state and government requirements though).
- No handle in the cabin to hit your head on.
- If required, the roof mounted system can be easily removed from the roof and un-plugged from the harness.
- Can fit any light you like to the turret, 12 VDC or 24 VDC. (Light not included).
- Designed for the ECU to be mounted under the tray and hard wired direct to the battery.
- For the 24 VDC light option, there is a separate power cable to connect.
- 330 Degrees of Pan and 30 Degrees travel of tilt.
- Pan and Tilt can be operated simultaneously.
- Movement of the turret is proportional to the movement of the joystick, the further you push the faster it moves.
- Spotlight ON / Off button on top of the Joystick.
- Two additional On / Off functions controlled by twisting the knob on the joystick.
- System On / Off switch on the joystick module.
- Kit comes with the cables and components ready to install into your vehicle.
